Physical Products
Return Period

- Unopened Products: Full refund available
- Opened Products: Refund available if components are complete and undamaged
- Damaged in Shipping: Full replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery
- Manufacturing Defects: Full replacement or refund with no time limit
