Kickstarter Campaigns
Before Campaign Fulfillment
- Full refunds available until manufacturing begins

After Manufacturing Begins
Important: Once manufacturing begins (typically 60 days before estimated delivery), refunds become limited to defective products or fulfillment errors.

- Pre-Manufacturing (0-60 days): Full refunds available
- Manufacturing Started: Limited to defects/errors only

Physical Products

- Items must be in original condition and packaging

Card Condition: Due to the nature of the game involving card modification (ripping/merging), cards that have been intentionally modified cannot be returned unless they were defective upon arrival.
